Representatives from The Summit Federal Credit Union, Tops Friendly Markets and Galaxy Events joined together to present checks to Arc of Onondaga and Elmcrest Children’s Center, the beneficiaries of 2019’s Taste of Syracuse. The Summit presented a check for $3,670 to the Buffalo-Niagara American Heart Association. The funds were raised at the Buffalo Wine & Chocolate Festival in January and from other initiatives. In turn, the AHA donated $500 in gym gear to St. Mary’s School for the Deaf.

Syracuse Law Enforcement Honored at Golisano Upstate Children’s Hospital

January 14, 2019

For Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, The Summit joined patients of Golisano Upstate Children’s Hospital and their families for dinner, provided by Chick-fil-A of Cicero. We also presented a $1,000 donation to the hospital on behalf of Syracuse Police and Onondaga Sheriffs, who gave out police-themed prizes and answered questions for the kids.
