1. While your card is in temporary “off” mode most new purchases and ATM transactions will not be processed. Preauthorized transactions and authorized reoccurring transactions may be approved while the card is in “off” mode. You remain responsible for monitoring all transactions.

3. Up to $500 per claim. $50 deductible per claim. Provides coverage only for damage rendering the device no longer able to perform the function for which the device is intended (i.e., damage causing a phone not to be able to make and receive calls, etc.)

4. 3DS One-Time Passcode (OTP) is an authentication measure used by financial institutions and 3DS enabled merchants to secure online transactions. By implementing this feature, Members will be able to self-serve the authentication by obtaining a one-time passcode to their mobile device or email address. Entering OTP in online transaction helps to protect against online fraud. It is a secure way to authenticate whether a member who is making an online purchase is the rightful owner of the debit card being used.
