The Summit will never contact you to ask for your account numbers, card number, zip code, passwords, pin numbers, passcodes, or usernames. If anyone contacts you unexpectedly and requests this information, do not provide it.

Manage Unauthorized Activity or Report Card Lost or Stolen

If your debit or credit card was lost or stolen or you suspect there was fraudulent activity, including an unauthorized charge, use the Card Controls feature.

Card Controls is available to all members with an Online Access or Mobile banking account and an open and active Visa Debit Card. Learn more about Card Controls.

Dispute a transaction

Was a transaction inaccurate? While you may not need to block you card for a dispute, contact us for assistance as the card-designated number below:

For Debit Cardholders: 1-800-836-7328

For Credit Cardholders: 1-866-820-4085

To save time, record any reach out attempts with the merchant and include the following details:

  • date and time
  • employee name
  • contact method
  • the merchants’ response

Any receipts, agreements, emails or texts for the transactions will greatly assist in helping recover your funds.
